We had a wonderful experience at Cradle Hospital with Dr. Pankaj Sarode. He is extremely calm, composed, and always focuses on what is best for both the mother and the baby. In today’s time, especially in many private hospitals in Pune where C-sections are often preferred, Dr. Pankaj Sarode genuinely supports and encourages normal delivery whenever medically possible. I had my first baby in 2018 through a normal delivery under his guidance, and for my second delivery as well, we were able to have a normal delivery in April 2026. Throughout the journey, he patiently explained every possible option and solution without pushing for an unnecessary C-section. His approach gives a lot of confidence and comfort to expecting mothers and their families. A special mention to Dr. Sonal as well, who is very sweet and supportive. The nursing and support staff at the hospital are equally caring and helpful. Special thanks to Monica Sister for patiently resolving all my feeding-related queries. My second delivery happened suddenly at night, but Dr. Pankaj Sarode, Monica Sister, and Usha Maushi handled everything so smoothly and calmly that the entire experience became stress-free for us. Also, the post-delivery follow-up at the hospital is very well managed. Thanks to Rupali Ma’am for always helping us with priority appointments, considering we had a little one with us. Thanks to Krishna Ma’am as well for helping with our queries. Overall, the hospital ambience is clean, comfortable, and positive. We are truly grateful to the entire team for their compassionate care and support.

Our elder child was born here in 2019 through NORMAL delivery, and recently we welcomed our second child—again with a smooth normal delivery. I’m writing this review one week after delivering my baby at Cradle Maternity & Children Hospital, and I truly feel grateful. We were blessed with a baby girl on 1st January 2026, and our New Year truly became Happy and more meaningful. Along with our newborn, a mother was also born that day. We are overwhelmed with emotions and filled with nothing but deep gratitude. In 2024, we had a very painful and unsettling experience at a hospital regarded as the top pregnancy and maternity hospitals in India, which left us emotionally exhausted. On 23rd December 2024, I clearly remember the date, we had our first consultation with Dr. Pankaj and Dr. Sonal, and from the very beginning, their empathy, positivity, and reassurance stood out. They patiently explained our situation, comforted my wife, and helped us look forward with hope. They provided detailed preconception counselling, reviewed medical and family history, and guided my wife (who was borderline diabetic) with lifestyle changes, diet, exercise and regular monitoring. They also prescribed prenatal vitamins and folic acid supplements to support a healthy pregnancy. What truly stood out was their consistent involvement and reassurance. Regular check-ups every 3-4 weeks, open discussions about health conditions, and continuous encouragement kept us positive throughout the journey. Their approach proved essential in ensuring a healthy start for both the mother and the baby. After a little more than a year of care, trust, and perseverance, we welcomed our baby girl on 1st January 2026. One of the best maternity hospitals in Pune. Dr Pankaj and Dr Sonal Sarode are very experienced doctors and they dont unnecessarily frighten the patient. They suggested only necessary tests and scans and they always push for a normal delivery which is why we preferred this hospital. The cleanliness here is very laudable.
